Bio:
Due to birth complications, Debbie's mother passed away after she was born. Her father, still a teenager along with her mother, was not supported by either side of the family and
abandoned Debbie on the streets. Taken in by an old woman, Debbie was raised until the age of seven, when the old woman passed away. She lived on the streets once more for another year and was taken in once more by a young couple who could not have children.
She was then signed up for school, but due to being signed up late, she was behind those her own age. She studied hard for three years to catch up with them but instead surpassed them by two years.
Since she turned sixteen and the couple that adopted her had adopted another younger child off the streets, she decided to move to Pokecity in order to go to the University found there, leaving her home and those she loves. After moving to Pokecity and into the Mineral Villa District, she became a worker in a nearby Candy store. She hopes to make friends while she studies but will take on life as it is for now.

Personality:
A risk taker, she takes on life head-on, not worrying about much being somewhat carefree yet not. She becomes very serious with studying and working and is very friendly, hyper, and energetic as well.
